The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSJR 22(FSH) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSJR 22(RES)? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Wagoner 2010-03-24 Senate Journal Page 1946 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(FSH) Opposing litigation that seeks to eliminate the Kenai, Kasilof, and Chitina sockeye salmon personal use dip net fisheries. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
